I think this points to one of the huge problems of our bloated tax code. Each new income linked program is layering onto itself and creating a massive and unsustainable tax burden. Seems to me that government needs to really get back to some responsible base policies and iterate from there. Not going to happen, but it gets scarier and scarier for us Gen Yers.
